Comparing technologies starts with understanding the decision the client needs to make. Cultura do Campo designs agricultural trials around that objective, considering the crop, field conditions, treatments and planned assessments. The protocol guides the work and provides context for interpreting the results.
How the work is organised
Trial design
We define the objective, comparisons, indicators and monitoring required. Chemical, biological, fertiliser, machinery and equipment companies and variety projects face different challenges; the proposal reflects those differences.
Monitoring fieldwork
We record activities and follow the assessments planned for the crop cycle. Videos with the date, time and location help connect the work performed to the conditions in which the trial took place.
Interpretation to support decisions
Technical and economic analysis links the results to the project question. Observed performance is interpreted in the context of the field, crop and trial design to support decisions about the technology or management practice.
Beggio Lorenzo as a field showcase
Our connection with Beggio Lorenzo Agropecuária brings projects close to sugarcane production and the farm's sustainable management practices. This showcase enables technology demonstrations, observation of crop responses and knowledge sharing through visits, training and field days, according to the agreed scope. We also work with peanuts and soybeans and consider proposals for other crops.

How are sugarcane field trials planned?
The client's objective, site conditions and assessment cycle guide the protocol. Our connection with Beggio Lorenzo Agropecuária brings the project closer to sugarcane production and supports comparisons of technologies and management practices, with indicators and deliverables defined in the proposal.
What information accompanies trial results?
Deliverables are agreed in the protocol and may include field records, videos with date, time and location, assessments and reports with technical and economic interpretation. The platform organizes the available information so that the client can follow the project.
How should farm productivity be interpreted in relation to a trial?
The Beggio Lorenzo results presented in our showcase describe the farm's production history. A technology's performance must be interpreted through the comparisons, assessments and conditions of its own trial. Farm productivity alone does not demonstrate the effect of a specific product.
